5 Seasons CrossFit: Murph Dog Tag

Murph is not a workout people forget. 5 Seasons CrossFit wanted something that holds onto the day as long as the people who lived it do.

Overview

Printed on a black racerback tank, the full back graphic features a large distressed American flag in red, white, and blue with "MURPH" running vertically through the center in bold weathered lettering. A beaded dog tag chain runs down the middle of the design and anchors a stamped metal tag at the bottom with "2025" on it. The front left chest carries the 5 Seasons CrossFit logo in a warm cream tone. The racerback cut gives the back graphic a wide open canvas, and the distressed flag treatment gives these crossfit shirts a military tribute feel that earns its place without trying too hard.

Results

This gym shirt was built to feel like something you earn, not something you receive. The dog tag detail ties directly back to the reason Murph exists, and the black tank with worn flag colors makes it easy to wear long after Memorial Day. Members who did the work in 2025 get a murph shirt that actually means something. That is the whole point.
