CrossFit Birmingham: Murph Home of the Free
Murph is one of those workouts that earns the shirt you wear after it. CrossFit Birmingham made sure their athletes had something worth keeping.
Overview
Printed on a natural sand tee, the back graphic centers on the Statue of Liberty surrounded by flowing red and navy wave lines that fill the whole design with movement and energy. The lettering carries a retro Americana feel with bold navy text arching across the top and chunky red type spelling out "AMERICA" across the bottom. The soft heathered garment gives the whole thing a worn in vintage look that fits the design perfectly. A simple gym logo printed on the front left chest keeps the identity clean without competing with the back.

This shirt was built to be worn way past Memorial Day. The Americana aesthetic makes it feel less like a gym shirt and more like something you'd actually want in your regular rotation. For a CrossFit community doing Murph together every year, that kind of crossfit shirt becomes a marker of shared history. It's a good one.
