CrossFit BA: Murph Fallen Hero

Every Memorial Day, CrossFit BA lines up to do Murph. Not for the workout. For the man it's named after. This shirt was made to mark that day.

Overview

Printed on a black tee, the back graphic is the full story: a battlefield cross rendered in red, white, and blue, paired with a bold "MURPH" nameplate and the workout listed out like a mission brief. The design pulls from military tribute art with a modern edge, graphic and bold without feeling overdone. Black was the right call as a garment, it lets the red and blue ink hit hard.
