CF North Scottsdale: Murph Honor the Fallen

Murph is not a fun workout. It is a hard one done on purpose, for a reason that matters. CrossFit North Scottsdale wanted their community to carry that with them long after the last mile.

Overview

Printed on a military green heather tee, the design uses cream and dark olive ink throughout. The front carries the gym name in a wide collegiate block font. The back leads with a bold "MURPH" at the top, then drops into a circular badge graphic with four athlete silhouettes representing each movement in the workout. "Honor the Fallen" sits at the center of the badge and "25" is stamped below with lightning bolts and chevron marks framing the base. The earth tone palette and badge layout give these crossfit shirts a worn patch feel that suits the tribute.

Results

A gym shirt that looks and feels like a military keepsake is going to get worn well past Memorial Day. The muted green tee and cream ink work together naturally, and the badge design gives it real weight without overdoing it.
