CrossFit BA: Murph Freedom Wings

Murph is one of the few workouts that stops people in their tracks. CrossFit BA wanted to give their members a shirt that felt like it earned the day right alongside them.

Overview

Printed on a heather navy tee, the back graphic features a large distressed eagle built from red and white flag stripes with a blue weighted vest centered in the middle stamped with "MURPH 25." The weathered flag treatment gives it a worn patriotic feel that reads intentional, not decorative. The front carries the CrossFit BA tiger logo in white, keeping the gym identity clean. Standard front chest and full back placement let both graphics do their job without competing.

Results

The eagle wingspan fills the back of this murph shirt in a way that actually stops people when they see it. The heather navy base keeps the red, white, and blue from going over the top. These crossfit shirts were built to feel like something worth pulling out of the drawer long after Memorial Day. That is the whole point of a good gym shirt.
