CrossFit 54: murph Honor
Some people spend Memorial Day at a cookout. CrossFit 54 spends it running a mile, doing 300 pull-ups, push-ups, and squats, then running another mile. This Murph shirt was made for those people.
Overview
Printed on a silver ice tee, the design leans fully into a tonal gray palette that keeps the whole shirt feeling unified and intentional. The back does the heavy lifting with a bold gothic "MURPH" headline up top, a circular action graphic showing athletes mid-pull-up, squat, push-up, and run, and "Honor the Fallen" with the year at the bottom flanked by lightning bolts. The front uses a big athletic varsity number under the gym name, clean and confident. Both sides share the same dark gray ink treatment, which gives these crossfit shirts a restrained look that holds up well past Memorial Day.

The tonal approach is what makes this gym shirt feel more like a keepsake than an event tee. Nothing about it screams "freebie." Members who grind through Murph wearing this will want to keep it, and that is the whole point of a good Murph t-shirt.
